Refund Policy
At LegendaryHide, every piece is hand-inspected before it leaves our Houston workshop. If something arrives that isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in new condition, with all original packaging and tags.
To start a return, email us at info@legendaryhide.com with your order number. We'll review your request and send return instructions.
Please repack your item as closely as possible to how it originally arrived so it travels safely back to us. Items returned damaged, missing components, or no longer in new condition may be subject to a partial refund or return denial.
Gift cards, final-sale items, and personalized or engraved items (see below) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Personalized & Engraved Items — Final Sale
Engraved and personalized items are made one-of-a-kind specifically for you, so they're not eligible for return or exchange for change-of-mind reasons.
We will replace or re-engrave a piece free of charge if:
- The product arrives with a manufacturing defect
- We made a mistake on the engraving (typo, wrong placement, wrong font)
- The item is damaged in transit
Email us within 14 days of delivery at info@legendaryhide.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll handle it.
Please note: we can't accept returns for customer-submitted engraving errors (typos in submitted text, wrong dates, etc.). Double-check your engraving carefully before placing your order.
Return Shipping Charge
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders under $300: a flat-rate return shipping charge applies, deducted from your refund.
- Under 1 lb → $6.95
- 1 lb and over → $14.95
- Orders of $300 or more: return shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of the package. We'll include the exact amount with your return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of receipt. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Damaged in Transit
Sometimes shipping carriers aren't gentle. If your package arrives damaged:
- Take a photo of the package and the item
- Email us at info@legendaryhide.com within 7 days of delivery
- We'll replace the item at no cost to you
