Most bulk orders are custom engraved in-house and ship within 2–3 weeks of proof approval, direct from our Houston workshop. Rush timelines and multi-address drop-shipping available.

Gifting & tax — a quick guide for HR and Finance
Leather gifts are one of the most tax-efficient ways to recognize clients and employees. Here's the plain-English version (not tax advice — confirm with your accountant).
Client & business gifts: the $25 rule
Per IRS Publication 463, businesses may deduct up to $25 of the cost of gifts given to each person per year. Critically, "incidental costs such as engraving, packing or shipping aren't included in the $25 limit" — so a personalized leather gift is largely deductible through its engraving, packaging and shipping.
Employee gifts: the de minimis zone
Non-cash gifts of genuinely low value can qualify as tax-free de minimis fringe benefits for employees. The IRS has treated items valued around $100+ as not qualifying, so the safe zone is generally "under ~$100." Cash and gift cards never qualify. Many of our per-person kits are built to sit comfortably inside this range.
Invoicing & procurement
We provide itemized invoices, W-9 on request, and can accommodate PO-based ordering and net terms for established accounts. Multi-address drop-shipping is available for distributed teams.
