Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in new condition, with all original packaging and tags. Email us at info@legendaryhide.com with your order number to start a return.

Are engraved or personalized items eligible for return?

Engraved and personalized items are made one-of-a-kind specifically for you, so they're final sale and can't be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.

However, we'll replace or re-engrave your item free of charge if it arrives with a manufacturing defect, we made a mistake on the engraving, or it was damaged in transit. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at info@legendaryhide.com.

What if I made a typo in my engraving?

We can't accept returns for customer-submitted engraving errors β€” typos in submitted text, wrong dates, wrong names, and similar. Please double-check your engraving carefully before placing your order.

If you catch a mistake within 1 hour of ordering, email us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before it goes into production.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every LegendaryHide piece comes with a 1-year warranty on hardware β€” stitching, zippers, buckles, clasps, snaps, and rivets. If any of these fail through normal use within a year from your purchase date, we'll repair or replace your item free of charge.

To submit a warranty claim, email info@legendaryhide.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We respond within 1 business day.

What isn't covered under the warranty?

The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage, leather color variations or natural grain marks (these are characteristics of real leather, not defects), or damage from improper care.

Shipping & Processing

How long until my order ships?

Standard engraved orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Houston workshop. Non-engraved items typically ship within 1 business day. Bulk and corporate orders may take longer depending on quantity β€” we'll confirm your timeline when you place the order.

How much is shipping?

We offer free USPS Ground shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 are charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout for an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

About Our Products

What kind of leather do you use?

All LegendaryHide products are made with real cowhide leather. Most of our pieces are crafted from full-grain leather β€” the highest quality grade, which retains the natural grain of the hide and develops a rich patina over time. We also offer top-grain leather in some products, which is buffed for a more uniform finish while remaining durable, real leather.

Are color variations and natural marks normal?

Yes. Variations in color, grain, and natural marks are characteristics of real leather, not defects. Each piece is unique β€” your item will look slightly different from the photos and from other customers' pieces.

Real leather also develops a richer patina as it ages and absorbs natural oils, which is part of what makes leather goods improve with use.

Gifts & Engraving

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Yes. At checkout, you'll find a field to add a personal note that we'll include with your order. Notes are printed on a card and tucked into the package β€” no prices or invoices are included in gift orders.

What engraving options do you offer?

Most of our products can be engraved with custom text β€” names, initials, dates, short phrases, or symbols. Available fonts, character limits, and placement options are shown on each product page.

If you have a specific design in mind that isn't shown on the product page, email us at info@legendaryhide.com before placing your order and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes β€” we work with companies, teams, and event planners on bulk engraved orders. Pricing, lead times, and customization options vary by quantity. Visit our Corporate Gifts page or email info@legendaryhide.com with your project details and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
